WHAT IS MART WIND PRODUCTS?
Mart Wind Products is dedicated to provide hard to find gift items and collectibles by partnering with global merchants and jewelry artisans in order to provide you the best prices and a unique global shopping experience.
This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as the United States, and Canada.
- How much is shipping?
- This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. For FREE promotional items, standard shipping cost for the first item is $9.95 US, and gets lower on the second or more items.
- For non-promotional items, shipping is FREE for many products advertised on our store.
- How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 days processing time.
Our promise delivery time is 55 days. If you do not receive your item, you must immediately contact us for Refund or Reshipment. We will happy to process your refund case.
- Can I have a tracking number?
- Not all our vendors for promotional "FREE" items provide tracking numbers as we're shipping from different overseas warehouses. But just in case we have provided one, it is usually become available 5-10 days after shipment.
- But we do guarantee delivery so there's no need to worry. If you haven't received your item within 40 days please let us know.
- I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
- We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
- Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email wrong or mis typed. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.
If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
- Are the "FREE" items really free?
- YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00 :)
- We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order
(wrong item, defective product, etc.),. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
- Kindly return it to us in it's original packaging within 14 days of delivery and we'll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.
Please Note: Although many of our items
shipdirect from our USA warehouse, certain "special order" items ship direct from the maker in China, arriveby China Post. Please allow for 3-4 weeks for replacement on special orders.
Please Note: Customer pays return shipping on exchanges.
